RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

⚠ THIS POLICY IS STRICTLY ENFORCED. BY PLACING AN ORDER OR SUBSCRIBING, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND ACCEPT ALL TERMS BELOW WITHOUT EXCEPTION.

  1. General Principles

All sales of dietary supplements through our store, whether one-time purchases or subscription orders, are considered FINAL. Due to the consumable nature of our products and health and safety regulations, we maintain a highly restrictive return and refund policy.

NO refunds, returns, or cancellations will be granted except where explicitly stated in this policy. Any exception (including the Performance Guarantee described below) is strictly limited and subject to full compliance with all stated conditions.

The burden of proof for eligibility lies entirely with the customer. We reserve the right to deny any request that does not strictly meet all requirements.

  1. Subscription Orders

2.1 Cancellation Windows

Subscription cancellations must be submitted at least 7 (seven) calendar days before the next billing date. Any cancellation received after this window will take effect the following billing cycle.

• Cancellations must be submitted via account dashboard or by emailing [support email] with your order number
• Phone, social media, or verbal requests are NOT valid
• Cancellation is only effective upon written confirmation

2.2 No Refunds on Processed Charges

Once a subscription charge has been processed, it is NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances, including:

• Change of mind
• Failure to cancel on time
• Forgetting renewal dates
• Financial reasons
• Dissatisfaction with results

2.3 No Proration

All subscription billing is full-cycle only. No partial refunds or credits are provided.

  1. Promotional Offer – Free First Order Subscription Program

3.1 Automatic Enrollment

Promotional offers that include a free product (shipping paid by the customer) automatically enroll the customer into a recurring subscription.

• Orders recur every 14 (fourteen) days
• Billing is at full standard price

3.2 Quantity Commitment

The quantity selected in the promotional order determines all future subscription quantities.

Example: 5 promotional units = 5 units billed every 14 days.

3.3 Minimum Commitment

Customers must complete a minimum of 3 (three) paid subscription orders.

• Cancellation is NOT permitted before completion
• Early cancellation requests will be denied

3.4 No Refunds

All promotional and related subscription orders are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE, including shipping.

3.5 No Returns

Promotional products are not eligible for return under any circumstances.

3.6 Acknowledgment

By accepting the promotion, the customer agrees they are entering a binding subscription agreement.

3.7 Abuse

We reserve the right to cancel orders and accounts in cases of abuse, including multiple accounts or chargebacks.

  1. Return Eligibility (Non-Promotional Orders Only)

Returns are accepted ONLY if ALL conditions are met:

• Request within 14 days of delivery
• Product unopened, sealed, original packaging intact
• Proof of purchase provided
• RMA approval obtained

Customer pays all return shipping costs.

⚠ Opened or used products will NEVER be accepted.

  1. Non-Refundable Items

The following are strictly non-refundable:

• Opened or used products
• Products after 14 days
• Shipping fees
• Subscription charges
• Promotional or free items
• Discounted or sale items
• International orders
• Trial or sample products

  1. Refund Processing

• Refunds issued to original payment method only
• 15% restocking fee applies
• Processing time: 15–30 business days

We may reject returns that do not meet requirements.

  1. Damaged or Defective Products

Replacement only (no refunds) if:

• Reported within 48 hours
• Photo evidence provided

Only one replacement per order.

  1. Chargebacks

Unauthorized chargebacks will result in:

• Permanent account suspension
• Aggressive dispute defense
• Potential debt collection and fees

  1. Order Modifications

Orders cannot be changed or cancelled after processing begins.

Subscription changes require 7 days’ notice.

  1. Free Trials and Introductory Offers

• Automatically convert to paid subscriptions
• No refunds if not cancelled in time
• One per customer lifetime

  1. 30-Day Performance Guarantee

This is the ONLY circumstance under which a refund may be granted for used products, and only if ALL conditions below are strictly met.

11.1 Eligibility

Customer must:

• Use the product daily for 30 consecutive days
• Follow all usage instructions
• Submit request within 7 days after day 30

11.2 Documentation

Customer MUST provide:

• Daily usage proof (photos/videos)
• Usage log/journal
• Before/after evidence (if applicable)
• Proof of purchase

We have sole discretion to approve or reject evidence.

11.3 Definition of No Results

Determined solely by us. Subjective dissatisfaction does not qualify.

11.4 Refund Limits

If approved:

• Applies to ONE unit only
• Shipping is non-refundable
• One claim per lifetime

11.5 Exclusions

Does NOT apply to:

• Promotional/free offers
• Subscription renewal orders
• Incomplete usage
• Missing documentation

11.6 Return Requirement

We may require return of used/empty containers at customer expense.

11.7 Fraud

False or misleading claims will result in denial and possible account suspension.

  1. Loyalty Points

Refunds (if any) will result in deduction of earned rewards.

  1. Policy Updates

We may modify this policy at any time. Continued use = acceptance.

  1. Governing Law
